Content Guidelines

To maintain quality and legality, submitted notes must follow these rules:

1. Original Content Required

All notes must be:

  • Written or created by you
  • Free from plagiarism
  • Not copied from textbooks, copyrighted PDFs, coaching materials, or websites

2. You Must Own the Rights

By submitting notes, you confirm that:

  • You own the complete rights to the content
  • You have permission to sell and distribute it
  • It does not violate any copyright laws

3. Finnotes Not Liable for Copyright Violations

If the submitted notes contain copyrighted material:

  • Finnotes is NOT responsible for any legal claims
  • The Contributor (you) will be fully liable for all legal consequences
  • Finnotes may immediately remove the content without any compensation

4. Quality Requirements

Notes must be:

  • Clear, readable, and well-formatted
  • Uploaded in PDF format
  • Free of errors
  • Structured properly (headings, topics, index, etc.)

Contributor Terms & Conditions

By partnering with Finnotes, you agree to the following terms:

1. KYC is Mandatory

Royalties are released only after KYC verification.
If documents are invalid, royalty payments will be paused until corrected.

2. Pricing Rights

  • Finnotes may suggest pricing for best sales performance.
  • Price modifications may be done with prior notice.

3. No Removal Without Notice

Contributors may request content removal, but must provide:

  • 15 days prior notice
  • Reason for removal

4. Finnotes Can Remove Content That Violates Policies

Finnotes may remove any content that:

  • Contains copyrighted material
  • Violates guidelines
  • Receives complaints
  • Is low quality or misleading

5. Earnings for Fraudulent Sales Will Be Cancelled

If Finnotes identifies:

  • Fake orders
  • Fraudulent purchases
  • Self-purchases to increase earnings
    …such royalties will be cancelled and may result in account removal.

6. Marketing Rights

By partnering with us, you grant Finnotes permission to:

  • Showcase your notes on social media
  • Use your content previews for marketing
  • Promote your notes to increase sales

7. Confidentiality

Finnotes will keep your personal and banking information secure and confidential.
