Thank you for shopping at Finnotes. We sell digital products (e-notes and educational materials) that are delivered instantly after purchase. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase


No Refunds for Digital Products

All products sold on Finnotes are non-refundable because they are digital downloads.
Once the file has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned.

Therefore, we do not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Digital e-notes
  • Downloadable study materials
  • PDF files or any other digital format

All sales are final.


Exceptions (If Applicable)

We may offer a refund only in the following rare cases:

  • You received a corrupted or unreadable file
  • You received the wrong file
  • The download link was never delivered and we could not resolve the issue

To qualify for an exception, you must contact us within 48 hours of purchase with:

  • Your order number
  • The email used for purchase
  • A description or screenshot of the issue

We will review your request and respond within 1–3 business days.


Duplicate Purchase

If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, contact us with:

  • Order numbers
  • Proof of duplicate purchase

We may provide a refund or store credit for the duplicate order only.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Changing your mind
  • Wrong product selected
  • Inability to access files due to device issues
  • Failure to read product descriptions
  • Attempting to return a downloaded product

Please ensure your device supports PDF files before purchasing.


If You Did Not Receive Your File

If you did not receive your download link:

  • Check your spam/junk folder
  • Check your order confirmation page
  • Ensure the email entered at checkout is correct

If the issue still persists, email us and we will resend the files.
